Dear valued Small Batch Customers,
As many of you will have noticed, if you have placed recent orders, we have been having issues with the custom bag creation. Due to huge demand over the last 10 weeks we have gone though all our standard hessian sacks (hundreds of them!) and were having to move onto the heavier duty sacks from the likes of Africa and Colombia, however these took their toll on our two bag sewing machines and we are now awaiting delivery of our new machines, as soon as they arrive we will be moving straight back over to re-used hessian.
However in the meantime, please bare with us as we use the plastic alternatives that we have at our disposal - just a short term fix I promise to keep you in coffee beans!
I am aware that these are not as flexible as the hessian and so we will be packing them as best we can to ensure they get to you in the same condition they leave us here.
