This specialty coffee from El Salvador is sourced from the Familia Diaz estate located in the Chalatenango region. This small estate, covering less than 2.5 hectares, sits at an altitude of 1700 masl and is cultivated with Pacamara varietal. The coffee is processed using the washed method and is harvested during the months of February and March.
