Green Coffee & Ordering FAQs

We're not open at the warehouse at weekends, but you're very welcome to place orders online and we'll fulfil them first thing Monday morning.

It depends on storage. Left open to the air, green coffee spoils in weeks; kept in an airtight bag away from light and extreme temperatures, it comfortably lasts 18 months, sometimes longer. Our warehouse stock is generally 6–12 months old.

Yes. Every green coffee has a 200 g sample variant on its product page. Choose the sample size, check out as normal, and we'll pick, pack and ship it quickly so you can get roasting and tasting.

Our parent company handles all our roasting. Speak to the team at 918coffee.com. They offer contract roasting for 10 kg and above, charged at £2 per green kg, with an account set up first.

Yes, we offer coffee warehousing and dispatching services on request. It's quoted case by case. Contact us with your requirements and we'll discuss the details.

Orders over 2 kg go by courier on a tracked, signed-for next-day service. Samples and orders under 2 kg go by Royal Mail 2nd class, normally 2 days to UK mainland addresses.

Since EU export restrictions we've struggled to stay competitive on smaller orders, but we can offer a delivery service strictly subject to quote acceptance. Tell us what coffee, how much and how often you're looking to order and we'll arrange a quote. Call the office on 01747 684809.
