Tasting Notes: Sharp, acrid chocolate and burnt toffee flavours, high acidity and a dry mouthfeel. Some smoky and spicy notes coming through in a lighter roast.

Roasting Notes:  We would generally recommend a darker roast for robusta, however this robusta works at a medium dark roast also, a lower bitterness being balanced by the strength of the acidity.
