Tasting Notes: Unusually sweet and maple syrup tasting, not as pungent as other robusta's. Smooth thick crema, strong aromatics & evenly distributed acidity.
Roasting Notes: Like with most robusta coffees, takes a little longer to hit the target roast, but best results tended from just before full city +, this avoided any of the medicinal robusta flavours becoming too prominent.
