Tasting Notes: A sturdy strengthed coffee, nutmeg and cedar notes, spicy chocolate and a prominant mouthfeel. A syrupy body with a slightly earthy note toward the back end.
Roasting Notes: Midway between first and second crack. Works reasonably well at a slightly darker profile.
