Tasting Notes: Great floral aroma, strong notes of prominant stone fruit, cane sugar and molasses. Juicy body with a sparkling acidity.
Roasting Notes: Being a PB it will darken quicker than you will want it to, but follow it through to just past first crack. This will have given it time to round off slightly into a juicy bodied coffee.
