Dear Small Batch customers,
I am pretty certain that I don't need to remind anyone that this year has been a tough one! With everything thrown into turmoil since March, we have not had much of a chance to reflect on things, but one thing is for sure..... bring on 2021!
2020 saw Small Batch Roasting Supplies become part of the Coffee Hub Group to be able to further enhance our services and offerings to our customers. It has meant that we have new members of the team all keen to help improve things further and to begin adding more value to our products and services. Hopefully you will start to see the benefits of this move in the new year, with even more new coffees coming into stock, smaller home roasting packs, more reliable stock updates and the introduction of more direct trade coffee partners to name but a few exciting changes.
As a result of COVID-19, the Coffee Hub Group have taken the decision to close early this year for Christmas at the close of play on the 18th December. This will give us all a chance to rest, reflect and refocus ready for a busy 2021. Therefore please be advised that last orders for your Small Batch Coffee supplies will need to be made by 2pm on the 17th December (a week today) for standard dispatch on the 18th December - our last day.
We will remain closed until the 4th January, when we will reopen for business again. So please keep this in mind for any supplies you may need between these two dates.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish all our customers a very Merry Christmas, a rest full break, a Happy New Year and a COVID free 2021.
