I'll start off with an apology - we have been meaning to introduce this for a good while now, but as you may have noticed we have been somewhat distracted with the global pandemic and all that brought with it (that's my excuse anyway and I'm sticking to it!)
With the end in sight and things beginning to return to some sort of normality, this was right at the top of my list of things to finish!
Many of you have been asking us for a loyalty reward scheme, and I couldn't agree with you more - we are only here because of our amazing customers and so it seems to make perfect sense to me to reward you as much as we are able - whenever we are able!
We have just pressed the publish button on our new Small Batch Loyalty Rewards programmed provided by Smile. This will allow you to build up loyalty points every time you order, share or like our social media pages and leave a favourable google review too! It is a really neat way to get an extra discount off your next order.
To make use of our Rewards Program, all you have to do is login (or set up an account) to your Small Batch Members account online.
Login using the Login button in the header next to the search bar:
Create an Account or login to your existing account on the screen that looks like:
Once you have logged in, you need to find the rewards icon in the lower left corner of the screen:
By clicking on this icon, you will then open you own personal rewards dashboard:
Here you will be able to keep an eye on your Reward Points and the ways to redeem them against future orders. You will also be able to share and like our social media pages for extra rewards too!
In future, if you submit a favourable review on our google business page we will credit you with 1000 Reward Points straight to your Loyalty Reward account, so please make sure you are signed up - so you don't miss out!
Over the next few weeks we will be monitoring this to make sure it is working smoothly and as it should be, we will be making minor tweaks if required over this period also to iron out any creases.
