With a digital thermostat and extended forced-air cooling, the Seal™ 2000 maintains precise, consistent heat. It seals at speeds of up to 12m per minute—equal to sealing over half a mile of bags per hour. The speed is fully adjustable, and the integrated entry guide system ensures smooth feeding and consistently straight seals.

Manufactured from SS201 stainless steel, the Seal™ 2000 features dust-resistant PTFE belts, a dual-pulley system for enhanced belt stability, and bronze sealing and cooling bars for superior heat conductivity. It includes industrial-grade wiring and emergency stop functionality, ensuring durability and operator safety.

🖨️ Embossing Capability

The machine is compatible with an optional embossing wheel, allowing you to imprint up to 15 characters on each bag during the sealing process. You can mark production dates, batch numbers, best-before dates, or custom text like “Packed by Jason.” (Note: clarity depends on the bag’s material and colour.)
