Sealâ„¢ 2000 Vertical Continuous Band Sealer
The Sealâ„¢ 2000 is a vertical continuous band sealing machine designed for businesses handling larger bags, heavier products and regular packing volumes.
Packaging remains upright as it moves along the conveyor and through the heated sealing section, making the machine suitable for products that need to remain vertical during sealing.
For coffee roasters and other food businesses packing larger quantities, the Seal 2000 provides a continuous sealing process with adjustable conveyor speed and temperature control.

Bag Compatibility
The Seal 2000 can be used with a range of heat-sealable packaging materials, including plastic, aluminium, PE, PP, laminated and compound bags.
Because packaging materials and constructions vary, we recommend checking the suitability of your particular bags before purchasing the machine.
Vertical Sealing
The Seal 2000 operates as a vertical band sealer, allowing bags to remain upright while travelling through the sealing system.
This configuration is useful for larger or heavier bags and products that are better handled in an upright position during sealing.
Adjustable Sealing
Conveyor speed can be adjusted up to 12 metres per minute, while the digital thermostat provides temperature adjustment between 0°C and 300°C.
The appropriate temperature and conveyor speed will depend on the material and construction of the packaging being sealed.
Heavy-Duty Conveyor
The conveyor has a maximum load capacity of 15kg, allowing the Seal 2000 to accommodate heavier products and larger packaging than lighter-duty sealing machines.
Continuous Band Sealing
Bags are continuously fed through the sealing mechanism rather than being individually sealed as they would be with an impulse sealer.
There is no fixed maximum sealing length, making the machine suitable for repetitive commercial packing operations and a range of bag widths.
Optional Embossing
The Seal 2000 can be used with an optional embossing wheel to add information to packaging during the sealing process.
Up to 15 characters can be applied for information such as production dates, batch numbers or other short markings. The clarity of the embossing will depend on the material and colour of the packaging.
Construction
The Seal 2000 is constructed from SS201 grade stainless steel and incorporates industrial-grade switchgear, an emergency stop, PTFE travel belts and bronze sealing and cooling bars.
The machine is CE certified and has been tested at a UKAS-accredited laboratory.
