Seal™ 1500 Continuous Band Sealer
The Seal™ 1500 is a continuous band sealing machine designed for businesses that need to seal bags efficiently and consistently as part of their packing operation.
It can be configured for horizontal or vertical sealing, allowing it to accommodate different types of packaging and products. Bags are fed onto the conveyor and pass continuously through the heated sealing section, removing the need to seal each bag individually.
For coffee roasters and other food businesses packing products regularly, this provides a more efficient alternative to manual impulse sealing.

Bag Compatibility
The Seal 1500 can be used with a range of heat-sealable packaging materials, including plastic, aluminium, PE, PP, laminated and compound bags.
Because packaging constructions vary, we recommend checking the suitability of your particular bag before purchasing the machine.
Horizontal & Vertical Sealing
The machine can be operated in either a horizontal or vertical configuration.
Horizontal operation is suitable for many conventional dry-product bags, while vertical operation allows packaging to remain upright as it passes through the sealing system. This can be useful where the contents make horizontal handling unsuitable.
Adjustable Sealing
Sealing speed can be adjusted up to 24 metres per minute, while the digital thermostat provides temperature adjustment between 0°C and 300°C.
The appropriate combination of temperature and conveyor speed will depend on the packaging material being sealed.
Continuous Band Sealing
Unlike an impulse sealer, which seals one bag at a time, the Seal 1500 continuously moves packaging through the sealing mechanism on its conveyor.
There is no fixed maximum seal length, making the machine suitable for repetitive commercial packing operations involving different bag widths.
Integrated Imprinting
The Seal 1500 includes a semi-automatic, sensor-driven printing wheel that can be configured to imprint information onto bags as part of the packing process.
This can be used for information such as dates or other short production markings.
Construction
The machine is constructed from SS201 grade stainless steel and incorporates industrial-grade switchgear, an emergency stop, PTFE travel belts and bronze sealing and cooling bars.
It is CE certified and has been tested at a UKAS-accredited laboratory.
