Nicaragua SHG EP is a clean, balanced washed coffee grown at high altitude across Nicaragua’s key producing regions. The slower maturation at elevation produces a well-structured cup with good clarity, gentle acidity, and a smooth, chocolate-forward profile. Subtle fruit notes add complexity, while the overall character remains approachable and versatile across brewing methods.

Focus on developing sweetness and body while maintaining clarity.
Lighter roasts highlight gentle citrus and red apple notes with a softer chocolate base.
Medium roasts bring out balanced caramel sweetness, milk chocolate, and a smooth body.
Slightly darker roasts increase body and deepen cocoa notes while softening acidity.
